Championing a Digital Economy That Works for Everyone
Crypto and blockchain are shaping the future — but too often, their benefits are captured by the biggest banks, hedge funds, or Silicon Valley elites, not the everyday Americans building the real economy.
Main Street Crypto PAC is here to change that.
We’re a federal political action committee advocating for fair, transparent, and inclusive crypto policy — policy that supports small business owners, middle-class investors, builders, and innovators across the country.

Who
We Are
Founded by Andrew Gordon — a practicing attorney and Certified Public Accountant — Main Street Crypto PAC is rooted in firsthand experience. We represent a growing coalition of developers, investors, entrepreneurs, and everyday Americans who believe crypto is not just innovation — it’s an opportunity for economic empowerment.
We’re working to ensure that Main Street isn’t left behind as the digital economy accelerates.
Why It Matters
The U.S. is at a crossroads. As crypto adoption grows globally, outdated and unclear regulations at home are stifling American innovation.
Big banks and hedge funds can navigate the legal gray areas. Everyday investors? Not so much.
That’s not just unfair — it’s holding back small businesses, community entrepreneurs, and everyday Americans who are already using crypto to reduce costs, raise capital, and build wealth responsibly.
We believe crypto should be a tool for access and opportunity, not another advantage reserved for the financial elite.
What We’re Fighting For
At Main Street Crypto PAC, we believe crypto can — and should — be a tool for financial inclusion, local innovation, and economic resilience. In order to get there, we need policies that:
- Protect consumers without punishing early adopters
- Support small businesses using blockchain to grow
- Encourage innovation while ensuring market stability
- Uphold privacy and personal freedom as core values
- Create transparency so Main Street has the same access as institutions
Real Impact on Real People
Good policy should be a bridge to opportunity, not a barrier to progress. We’re here to make sure the digital revolution works for the many — not just the few.
Imagine a small business using blockchain to accept payments from customers across borders, without the high fees of traditional banks. Or a middle-class investor building wealth gradually through digital assets, only to be penalized by unclear tax policy or shifting regulatory guidance. These are not hypotheticals — they’re happening now.
Good policy doesn’t just protect Wall Street from volatility. It creates a foundation for everyday Americans to build wealth, innovate locally, and stay in control of their financial futures.

Let’s Build Smart Crypto Policy — Together
We’re calling on lawmakers, regulators, and community leaders to support balanced, transparent crypto regulation that benefits the many, not the few. The U.S. has a chance to lead — not by overregulating, but by crafting thoughtful rules that allow Main Street to thrive.
Crypto is more than a buzzword. It’s a chance to build a more open, accessible, and fair economy.
Let’s make sure it’s built for everyone.
Meet the Founder — Andrew Gordon
Attorney | CPA | Advocate for Economic Fairness and Innovation
Andrew Gordon founded Main Street Crypto PAC to give voice to the millions of Americans who believe in crypto as a tool for economic empowerment, not speculation.
He’s the managing attorney of Gordon Law Group, where he focuses on crypto law, tax compliance, and internet business. As both a CPA and lawyer, Andrew has helped thousands of individuals and businesses navigate complex crypto regulations.
From startups and solo developers to side hustlers and seasoned investors, Andrew’s clients are the heart of the Main Street economy — and he’s seen how lack of regulatory clarity puts them at risk.
His mission is simple: create a regulatory environment where all Americans can innovate, invest, and grow — without needing insider access.

Wall Street May Move Markets. Main Street Builds the Future.
Let’s build a crypto economy that’s open, accessible, and fair — for everyone.
